Inspired by the legend of Old Tom, we crafted our own interpretation of this historical gin style: The Shabby Cat.

This unique Old Tom gin features dominant notes of juniper, cinnamon, and orange, with a touch of sweetness from licorice. Its pleasant vanilla aroma and golden color are a result of maturation in an American oak cask.

 

With its sweet and spicy profile, The Shabby Cat is a winter delight, best enjoyed neat or as a great addition to mulled gin.
